My July 2019 Favorites

The fact that we are halfway through 2019 is crazy…it blows my mind every day how fast the days are flying. With that being said, I feel like July was my month of getting my life together- and I wanted to share with you all my July 2019 favorites 🙂

For those of you who do not know, I live in the hot Sahara of North Carolina. I can literally crack an egg on the road, and make some breakfast- that is how hot it can get in the summer time. So the majority of the products that are my favorites this month….are geared to keeping my skin and hair MOISTURIZED.

Let’s get straight to it:

• The Mane Choice- Tropical Moringa Sweet Oil & Honey Endless Moisture Mask

This mask is something SERIOUS. For starters it smells like summer, which I am a sucker for things that smell great. For the first half of the year I was using Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Deep Conditioner, and I would pair this with my Q-Redew for added moisture on my low porosity hair. I was properly upgraded to The Mane Choice, and listen this mask snatched my edges! It added so my moisture to my hair, and I walk around smelling like a goddess. • BECCA Ever Matte Poreless Priming Primer

Now if you know me, you know I count ALL my coins. I try my best not to splurge on unnecessary things, but sometimes I just have to. This was definitely a splurge, but a must have.  I suffer from enlarged pores, I still don’t know the remedy or most expensive skin care products to tackle this. (If you know please leave in the comments below, because ya girl needs help!) If I can’t fix the problem, I’ll just cover it up! This is great ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER, for those who are trying to fill in their pores, and create an even canvas for their makeup foundation. • Morphe M439- Deluxe Buffing Brush

While we are on the topic of makeup, I would probably consider this an all time favorite…but I’ll just shamelessly plug this into July. I have a deep love for the M439 Deluxe Buffing Brush. I go in waves between a beauty blender and a buffing brush, but for some reason this brush has been in my makeup bag at all times. This buffing brush is really great for medium-to-full coverage foundation application, and sometimes. Def a must have in your collection, and for $14 you can purchase this product here.

• Influencer: Building Your Personal Brand In The Age Of Social Media by Brittany Hennessy

I purchased this book before I launched InfamousJoi.Com, and it was a legit page turner. If you are wanting to begin your blog journey, or take your business to the next level… this is the book for you. I know this is July favorites, and you are wondering why I am inserting this in here, when I purchased it months ago. (LOL) Well, I had the opportunity to meet Brittany Hennessy this month, and yall…..that woman is DOPE in person and on print LOL! I couldn’t believe all the knowledge she poured into us….and because of her- I decided to re-read her book again. Seriously, just as good the second time. I highly encourage you purchasing this book, if that is your purpose! Here is the link to buy it on Amazon 🙂
